- 2 12 tablespoons butter
- 13 cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 12 cup milk
- 1 cup self raising flour
- 5 tablespoons golden syrup
Directions

1Preheat oven to 180.

2With electric mixer, beat butter and sugar.

3Add egg and vanilla, milk and flour.

4Grease a 6 pan non stick muffin pan with butter.

5Place 3 teaspoons of batter in each pan.

6Top batter with 3 teaspoons of syrup, top with remaining batter.

7Place in centre of oven to bake for about 20 minutes.

8Test with a skewer.

9Carefully invert to serve hot.
