  • 26 ounces, weight Container Chopped Tomatoes
  • 1 pound Wild Cod
  • 5 ounces, weight Fresh Baby Spinach Leaves
  • 2 Tablespoons Capers
  • 1 Tablespoon Dried Oregano
  • Salt And Freshly Ground Pepper

    Arrange the pine nuts on a parchment-lined baking sheet and toast the pine nuts for about 5-7 minutes, or until they are lightly golden.
