  • 9 slices bread, cubed or torn up
  • 1 1/2 c. grated cheese
  • 1 1/2 lb. diced ham or browned sausage
  • 8 eggs
  • 3 c. milk
  • 1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard

Directions

    Season each fillet with salt, pepper and season salt. Add 3 teaspoons margarine, sliced, over fish.

    Place prepared fillet on foil and seal.

    Place on pan in oven and bake 30 minutes at 350° or until fish flakes.

    Open foil and broil a few minutes until golden.
