- 9 slices bread, cubed or torn up
- 1 1/2 c. grated cheese
- 1 1/2 lb. diced ham or browned sausage
- 8 eggs
- 3 c. milk
- 1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
Directions

1Season each fillet with salt, pepper and season salt. Add 3 teaspoons margarine, sliced, over fish.

2Place prepared fillet on foil and seal.

3Place on pan in oven and bake 30 minutes at 350° or until fish flakes.

4Open foil and broil a few minutes until golden.
