- 4 slightly beaten eggs
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. almond flavoring
- nutmeg
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 1/2 c. scalded sweet milk
Directions

1Chill pie shell while making filling.

2Blend eggs, sugar and salt.

4Gradually stir in the scalded milk.

5Pour in pie shell.

6Sprinkle with nutmeg.

7Bake at 400° for 25 to 30 minutes.
