  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 c. scalded milk

Directions

    Stir well the first 5 ingredients.

    Add to scalded milk and stir well.

    Pour into 9-inch pastry lined pan.

    Bake at 450° for 10 minutes.

    Turn oven down to 325° and bake for 25 minutes.

    Test with knife.
