Ingredients

  • 1 can chicken broth or 2 bouillon cubes with 2 c. water
  • 1 sliced ginger root
  • 1/2 tsp. sherry
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 Tbsp. scallions

Directions

    Mix broth and ginger root.

    Bring to boil, remove ginger root. Stir in eggs; remove from heat.

    Garnish with scallions and serve.
