  • 1 1/2 lb. ground shoulder pork
  • 3 green onions, finely chopped
  • 1/2 tsp. sugar
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 c. Chinese cabbage, finely chopped
  • 1 c. bean sprouts, finely chopped
  • 1 pkg. wonton skins (frozen)
  • 5 c. finely chopped celery
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. pepper
  • 1 tsp. soy sauce

Directions

    Mix everything together well, then put one teaspoon of filling on each egg roll skin.

    Wet edges to seal well.

    Deep fry at 375° for about 10 to 15 minutes or until golden brown.
