  • 2 packages egg roll wrappers
  • 2 lb ground beef
  • 1 1/2 packages coleslaw mix
  • 1/2 packages bean sprouts
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 egg
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 bunch green onion

    Brown ground beef season to taste

    Saute onions w/ meat
  3. 3
    Drain add coleslaw and bean sprouts soy sauce
  4. 4
    When coleslaw is cooked down remove from heat let cool
  5. 5
    Make an egg wash and spread egg wash around corners of wrappers
  6. 6
    Place meat mixture in the middle and roll
  7. 7
    Fry until golden brown
