Ingredients

  • 2 c. sliced celery
  • 1/2 c. green onion
  • 1/2 c. mushrooms
  • 1 can bean sprouts
  • 1/4 tsp. minced garlic
  • 1 small can water chestnuts
  • 1 small can shrimp
  • 2 small cans boned chicken
  • 1 c. chicken broth
  • 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 3 Tbsp. toasted sesame seed

Directions

    Precook celery 5 to 6 minutes in boiling water, drain and mash. Brown green onion, mushrooms, bean sprouts and garlic.

    Add water chestnuts, shrimp, chicken, chicken broth, soy sauce and sesame seed.

    Heat.

    If too watery, add 2 tablespoons cornstarch.

    Let mixture cool.

    Spoon into square skins then fold in sides and then end.

    Mix egg with fork and spoon on remaining end.

    Glue into rest of skin.

    Fry until brown.
