- 2 c. sliced celery
- 1/2 c. green onion
- 1/2 c. mushrooms
- 1 can bean sprouts
- 1/4 tsp. minced garlic
- 1 small can water chestnuts
- 1 small can shrimp
- 2 small cans boned chicken
- 1 c. chicken broth
- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 3 Tbsp. toasted sesame seed
Directions

1Precook celery 5 to 6 minutes in boiling water, drain and mash. Brown green onion, mushrooms, bean sprouts and garlic.

2Add water chestnuts, shrimp, chicken, chicken broth, soy sauce and sesame seed.

3Heat.

4If too watery, add 2 tablespoons cornstarch.

5Let mixture cool.

6Spoon into square skins then fold in sides and then end.

7Mix egg with fork and spoon on remaining end.

8Glue into rest of skin.

9Fry until brown.
