- 4 slices white bread
- 1/4 c. melted butter
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. mustard
- 1/2 lb. Swiss cheese
- 4 eggs, well beaten
- 2 c. milk
Directions

1Place bread in 8 x 8-inch pan; top with melted butter.

2Mix salt, mustard and eggs together; beat well.

3Add milk and beat again.

4Top bread slices with Swiss cheese; add egg mixture. Cover with plastic wrap.

5Refrigerate overnight.

6Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
