Ingredients
- 2 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 12 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1 cup macadamia nuts, chopped
- 2 cups sugar
- 23 cup butter
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 14 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 tablespoon eggnog
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350*.

2Line a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan with foil, grease foil; set aside.

3In a small bowl, combine all dry ingredients except sugar and set aside.

4In a medium saucepan cook and stir sugar and butter over medium heat until butter is melted.

5Remove from heat; cool slightly.

6Stir eggs and vanilla into sugar mixture.

7Add dry ingredients.

8Stir in nuts.

9Evenly spread dough in prepared pan using knife or spatula.

10Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until edges begin to pull away from sides of pan.

11Cool in pan on wire rack.

12Cut in diamond shapes.

13Drizzle with Eggnog Glaze.

14May be frozen up to 3 months uniced.

15For Eggnog Glaze: In a bowl combine powdered sugar, vanilla, and one tablespoon eggnog.

16Stir in additional eggnog, one teaspoon at a time for decorating consistency.

17Divide in half and tint with red or green food coloring.

18Pipe on as desired.
