- 1 lb. ground chuck
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1 (7 1/2 oz.) can whole tomatoes, drained
- 1 (1 1/4 oz.) envelope chili seasoning mix
- 1 (2.25 oz.) can sliced ripe olives, drained
- 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese (4 oz.)
- 1 1/4 c. milk
- 3/4 c. Bisquick baking mix
- 3 eggs
Directions

1Heat oven to 400°.

2Grease pie plate (large 10 x 1 1/2-inch). Cook and stir ground chuck in 10-inch skillet until brown; drain and stir in onion, tomatoes and seasoning mix (dry).

3Sprinkle with olives and cheese.

4Beat remaining ingredients until smooth in blender or with mixer.

5Pour into plates.

6Bake until knife inserted between center and edge comes out clean, 30 to 35 minutes.

7Cool 5 minutes.

8Serve with sour cream (optional), shredded lettuce and chopped tomatoes if desired.
