- 2-1/4 cups Flour
- 1 cup Sugar
- 2 teaspoons Baking Powder
- 1/2 teaspoons Ground Nutmeg
- 2 whole Eggs
- 1 cup Eggnog
- 1/2 cups Butter, Melted And Cooled
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla
Directions

1Preheat oven to 375°F. Prepare a 12-cup muffin pan.

2Combine flour, sugar, baking powder and nutmeg. Set aside. In another bowl combine eggs, eggnog, butter and vanilla. Combine wet and dry ingredients, and stir until just combined. Scoop into prepared muffin pan, fill about 3/4 full.

3Bake for 15-18 minutes. Cool on wire rack for a few minutes, then remove from pan.
