  • 1 12 ounces tequila (Anejo preferred)
  • 12 ounce blackberry liqueur
  • 12 ounce sweet vermouth
  • 2 teaspoons blood orange juice
  • 1 dash bitters
  • 2 ounces sparkling wine

Directions

    Combine all of the ingredients except the sparkling wine into a mixing glass.

    Add ice and stir until well chilled.

    Strain over fresh ice into a Collins glass, top off with sparkling wine and stir.

    Garnish with a blood orange wheel.
