- 1 Tbsp. oil
- 1 lb. stew meat
- 5 carrots, chopped
- 3 to 4 potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 3 stalks celery
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 (10 oz.) can golden mushroom soup
- 1 (10 oz.) can condensed beef broth
- 1 1/2 c. water
- 1/2 tsp. thyme leaves
- pepper to taste
Directions

1In Dutch oven, medium heat, heat oil until hot; add beef. Cook and stir until browned on all sides.

2Stir in remaining ingredients.

3Bring to boil.

4Reduce heat and simmer, partially covered, for 1 1/2 hours or until meat and veggies are tender. Makes 6 servings.
