  • 1 green pepper
  • 1 or 2 sweet red peppers
  • 3 medium onions, sliced
  • 1 tsp. turmeric
  • 1 c. tender green beans
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 c. vinegar
  • 1 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. ground mustard
