- 1 lb. Velveeta
- 1 can chicken soup
- 1 can Ro-Tel
- 1 1/2 lb. ground beef, browned and drained
- 1 pkg. corn tortillas
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 can chili beans
- 1 small bag Fritos
Directions

1Melt cheese, soup and tomatoes (Ro-Tel).

2In oblong pan, layer tortillas, beef, onion and beans.

3Pour melted cheese mixture over entire casserole.

4Crumble Fritos on top.

5Bake at 350° until bubbly and brown on top, 1/2 hour to 45 minutes.
