  • 12 tortillas
  • 1 lb. hamburger
  • 1 onion, chopped fine
  • 1 c. cream of chicken soup
  • 1 c. mushroom soup
  • 1 small can green chilies
  • 1 can enchilada sauce (El Paso)
  • 1 c. milk or 1 can Cheddar cheese soup

Directions

    Fry hamburger and onion. Add soups, green chilies, enchilada sauce and milk or Cheddar cheese soup. Mix. Use oblong cake pan. Cover bottom with mixture (about 2 cups), then 6 tortillas, another layer of meat mixture, 6 tortillas, then rest of meat mixture. Top with cheese. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
