  • 6 oz. bag Fritos, crushed
  • 2 c. Cheddar, shredded
  • 15 oz. can chili (with beans)
  • 15 oz. can enchilada sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. minced onion
  • 1 c. sour cream

Directions

    Set aside 1 cup crushed Fritos.

    Combine remaining Fritos with 1 1/2 cups cheese, chili, sauce and onion.

    Pour into an 11 x 7-inch or 12 x 8-inch pan. Bake at 375° for 30 minutes. Spread sour cream over top, then cheese. Spread remaining corn chips around edges of pan only.

    Bake 10 minutes more.
