  • 1/2 lb. ground beef
  • 1/4 c. chopped onion
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 4 (6-inch) tortillas
  • 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
  • 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. oleo
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 tsp. chicken bouillon
  • 2/3 c. water
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped green chili peppers (canned)
  • 1/3 c. sour cream or Imo

Directions

    Cook beef and onion until meat is browned and onions tender. Drain off fat.

    Stir in salt.

    Divide meat onto tortillas.

    Top each with 1/4 cup of taco sauce and 1 tablespoon cheese.

    Roll up. Place, seam side down, in baking pan or dish.
