- 1 1/2 lb. hamburger
- 1 large onion
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 (13 oz.) enchilada sauce (hot or mild)
- 1 (13 oz.) can evaporated milk
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1/2 (1 lb.) Velveeta cheese, chopped
Directions

1Brown hamburger and onion; drain.

2Add remaining ingredients except cheese.

3Pour half of mixture in large baking dish.

4Top with nacho or taco chips and 1/2 pound Velveeta cheese which you have chopped up.

5Repeat same again and bake at 350° for 45 minutes.

6This makes a large casserole.

7You can divide it into two and freeze one for later if you wish.
