- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 small can chopped green peppers
- 1 pkg. flour tortilla shells (8 inch size)
- 1 can Hunt's Mexican sauce
- 1 can tomato sauce
- salt and pepper
- chili powder
- garlic salt
- 3 to 4 c. grated sharp cheese
Directions

1Brown meat; add salt, pepper, garlic salt, chili powder (optional) and onion.

2Add tomato sauce and cook for 10 to 15 minutes.

3Slightly grease skillet and warm tortilla shells on each side.

4Place small amount of meat and cheese on each shell and roll up.

5Place on cookie sheet; then sprinkle remainder cheese over enchiladas and bake for 20 minutes at 350°.

6Mix can of Mexican sauce and green peppers to make sauce; pour over enchiladas when done.

7Serves 4.
