  • 1/2 c. butter or margarine
  • 1/2 c. peanut butter
  • 1 c. brown sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 Tbsp. vanilla
  • 1 c. whole wheat flour
  • 1/2 c. dried milk
  • 1/4 tsp. baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/3 c. sunflower seeds
  • 1/3 c. wheat germ or bran
  • 1 c. oats
  • 1 c. raisins
  • 1 c. chopped apricots
