- 2 qt. green beans
- 1 qt. canned tomatoes
- bacon grease, fat back or your usual seasoning for beans or 2 bouillon cubes
- 1 large onion, sliced
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Cook green beans with seasonings for approximately 2 hours, until very tender.

2Cook them down so there isn't a lot of water left in them.

3Add onion and tomatoes and cook for another hour or so.

4Add salt and pepper to taste.
