- 1 large head cabbage
- 4 Tbsp. butter
- 4 Tbsp. flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 2 c. milk
- 1 pkg. shredded Cheddar cheese
- saltine crackers
- butter
Directions

1Cut up cabbage and cook in salted water.

2Grease 9 x 13-inch pan.

3Drain cabbage and put in pan.

4Add to top of cabbage the butter, flour, salt, pepper, milk and cheese.

5Crush several crackers over top, then add dabs of butter.

6Put in oven for 1/2 hour at 350°.
