- 1 chicken, cooked and diced
- 1 c. chicken fat or butter
- salt and pepper to taste
- 4 c. broth
- 2 c. milk
- 6 eggs, well beaten
- 2 large pieces celery, chopped
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1/2 c. butter
- parsley
- 1 1/2 loaves bread
- 1 tsp. poultry seasoning
- 6 tsp. chicken broth
Directions

1Melt fat or butter, add salt, pepper, milk, broth.

2Stir in eggs.

3Saute celery and onions in butter for 5 minutes.

4Pour mixture over bread.

5Mix well.

6Add chicken and put in a buttered baking dish.

7Cover with buttered crumbs.

8Bake at 375° for 20 minutes.
