- 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 3 egg whites
- 3 Tbsp. sugar
Directions

1Bring cornstarch and water to a boil or until really thick and clear.

2Set aside to cool completely.

3Beat 3 egg whites until real stiff; add 3 tablespoons sugar.

4Beat 1 minute.

5Add cooled cornstarch and beat 2 to 3 minutes more.

6Put on pie.

7Bake 15 minutes at 350° until golden brown.
