  • 1 cup nonfat milk
  • 1 tablespoon isolated vanilla whey protein powder (14 grams of protein)
  • 1 teaspoon Splenda sugar substitute
  • 18 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 4 ice cubes

Directions

    Heat the milk in the microwave and pour over the tea bag and brew for 5-8 minutes.
