  • 2 c. cooked garbanzo beans, mashed
  • 1 baked potato, peeled and mashed
  • 3 Tbsp. tahini
  • 1 bunch minced parsley
  • 1/2 minced onion
  • 1/8 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/8 tsp. black pepper
  • 1 tsp. paprika
  • 1/8 c. sesame seed
  • 1/8 c. sunflower seeds
  • 1 tsp. fresh lemon juice

Directions

    In a large bowl, mix the beans, potatoes and tahini.

    Add the remaining ingredients and mix well. Drop by spoonfuls on a nonstick baking sheet and bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
