- 1 baked potato, peeled and mashed
- 3 Tbsp. tahini
- 1 bunch minced parsley
- 1/2 minced onion
- 1/8 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/8 tsp. black pepper
- 1 tsp. paprika
- 1/8 c. sesame seed
- 1/8 c. sunflower seeds
- 1 tsp. fresh lemon juice
Directions

1In a large bowl, mix the beans, potatoes and tahini.

2Add the remaining ingredients and mix well. Drop by spoonfuls on a nonstick baking sheet and bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
