- 1 doz. eggs (beat)
- 12 oz. pkg. bacon, cut small
- 1 pkg. hash browns
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- 4 oz. cream cheese
- 2 handfuls grated Cheddar
- mushrooms, sliced (optional)
- 1/2 lb. sausage or ham (optional)
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Brown bacon (and sausage if using it) in a large frying pan with onion.

2Remove meat from pan.

3Add hash browns and green pepper.

4Cook until brown.

5Return meat to pan.

6Add eggs, cream cheese, grated cheese, salt and pepper.

7Turn frequently.

8Cook until eggs are set.
