Ingredients
- 1 head lettuce, torn
- 1 c. thin sliced radishes
- 2 green onions
- 1/3 c. low calorie dressing
- 2 oz. chopped ham
- 2 oz. chopped turkey
- 2 slices American cheese, diced
- 2 slices Swiss cheese, diced
- 2 small tomatoes, chopped
- 2 oz. chi chi beans, drained
- 1/3 c. raw mushrooms, sliced
Directions

1Combine lettuce, radishes, onions and mushrooms in a large bowl.

2Cover and refrigerate thoroughly.

3Pour low calorie dressing over lettuce mixture.

4Toss to coat.

5Top with ham, turkey, cheeses and tomatoes.

6Serve.

7You may add more dressing if desired (1/4 cup).
