- 6 large green onions
- 2 green peppers
- 1 or 2 cans tomatoes, cut up
- 1 bunch celery
- 1/2 head cabbage
- 1/2 bag carrots
- 1 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix
- red pepper flakes to taste (optional)
- 1 to 2 cubes bouillon, if desired
- 1 large can V-8 juice
Directions

1Cut vegetables into small to medium pieces and cover with water, the V-8 juice and spices.

2Boil fast for 10 minutes. Reduce to simmer and continue cooking until veggies are tender.
