  • 1 lb. fat pork, ground
  • 1 lb. raisins
  • 1 lb. chopped nuts
  • 5 c. flour
  • 3 c. sugar
  • 2 tsp. soda
  • 2 tsp. allspice
  • 2 c. milk
  • 4 eggs

Directions

    Cream fat and sugar; add beaten eggs and all dry ingredients alternately with milk.

    Stir in raisins and nuts.

    Bake in tube pan at 250° about 3 hours.
