- 5 c. flour
- 1 pkg. dry yeast
- 1/2 c. mashed potatoes
- 1 1/2 c. warm water
- 1/3 c. oil
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
Directions

1Combine 2 cups flour and yeast in mixer bowl; mix well. Combine potatoes, warm water, oil, sugar and salt in small bowl; mix well.

2Add to flour mixture.

3Beat at low speed for 1/2 minute.

4Beat at high speed for 3 minutes.

5Stir in remaining 3 cups flour by hand to form soft dough.

6Place on lightly floured surface.

7Let rest, covered, for 10 minutes.

8Knead for 10 minutes or until smooth and elastic.

9Place in greased bowl, turning to coat surface.

10Let rise, covered, in warm place until doubled in bulk.

11Shape into rolls.

12Place in greased baking dish.

13Let rise, covered, until doubled in bulk.

14Bake at 375° for 15 to 20 minutes or until golden brown.
