- 2 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1 c. cornmeal
- 1 (16 oz.) can cream-style corn
- 1/4 c. milk
- 1/3 c. margarine, melted
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese, divided
- 1 (14 oz.) can green chiles, chopped
Directions

1In medium size mixing bowl, mix eggs and cornmeal.

2Add corn, milk, margarine, baking soda and salt; mix well.

3Pour 1/2 the corn mixture into greased 2-quart casserole dish.

4Sprinkle with 1 cup cheese and chiles.

5Add remaining corn mixture and sprinkle with remaining cheese.
