- 4 fillets firm whitefish
- 4 Tbsp. grated onion
- 1 Tbsp. finely chopped celery
- 2 Tbsp. canola oil
- 4 slices toast, cubed
- 1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
- juice of 1 lemon
- black pepper
- paprika
- margarine
Directions

1Saute onion and celery in oil.

2Mix in remaining ingredients. Place 2 fillets on bottom of lightly oiled baking dish.

3Spread filling over fish and top with remaining fillets.

4Dust with pepper and paprika.

5Dot with margarine if desired.

6Bake at 375° for 20 minutes or until fish flakes with a fork.
