Fillets In Lemon Dressing

  • 4 fillets firm whitefish
  • 4 Tbsp. grated onion
  • 1 Tbsp. finely chopped celery
  • 2 Tbsp. canola oil
  • 4 slices toast, cubed
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • black pepper
  • paprika
  • margarine

Directions

    Saute onion and celery in oil.

    Mix in remaining ingredients. Place 2 fillets on bottom of lightly oiled baking dish.

    Spread filling over fish and top with remaining fillets.

    Dust with pepper and paprika.

    Dot with margarine if desired.

    Bake at 375° for 20 minutes or until fish flakes with a fork.
