  • 1 lb. fish (haddock, cod or munk fish)
  • 1 stick melted butter or margarine
  • 1 roll Ritz crackers, crushed
  • 1 egg, slightly beaten

    Melt butter; add cracker crumbs and egg.

    Mix fish into mixture.

    Bake 15 minutes, covered, at 375°, and 15 minutes, uncovered.

    You can baste with wine!
