- 12 cup cooking oil
- 12 teaspoon ground coriander
- 6 trout
- 3 onions, sliced
- 6 parsley sprigs
- salt (optional)
- pepper (optional)
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
Directions

1Brush a little of the cooking oil on the grill grate.

2Add coriander to remaining oil.

3Brush oil mixture over the fish, inside and out.

4Place some onion slices and a sprig of parsley inside each fish.

5If desired, season with salt and pepper.

6Combine remaining oil mixture with lemon juice.

7Cook on oiled grill until browned and cooked through, about 7 minutes per side.
