  • 14 cup olive oil
  • 2 cups chopped onions
  • 2 cups sliced celery
  • 2 cups wavy cut carrots
  • 12 teaspoon chopped garlic
  • 1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce
  • 4 (8 ounce) bottles clam juice
  • 1 12 lbs fish fillets
  • 1 tablespoon italian seasoning
  • 3 cubed roman tomatoes
  • 13 cup fresh parsley

Directions

    saute onions, garlic, celery, and carrots in stews pot.

    add 4 bottles of clam juice along with tomato sauce.

    simmer for 1/2 hr

    cut fish in cubes.

    add cubed fish fillet and simmer until fish is cooked

    add parsley and tomatoes and serve.
