  • 1 lb talapia, or other white fish, cut into long thin strips
  • 6 small corn tortillas
  • 1/2 cup pickled jalapenos
  • Sauce
  • 1 poblano pepper, split and seeds removed
  • 1 jalapeno pepper, split and seeds removed
  • 2 Tbs diced onions
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • place all ingredients in a food processor and puree
  • Fish
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup of milk
  • salt to taste
  • 1 cup harina or corn meal
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 cup fine bread crumbs
  • 1/2 cup cornstarch
