- 5 stalks celery, diced
- 6 potatoes, quartered
- 6 carrots, sliced thin
- 1 c. canned tomatoes
- 2 beef bouillon cubes
- 1 large onion, sliced
- 1 1/2 c. water
- 1 Tbsp. salt
- 3 Tbsp. tapioca
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
Directions

1Preheat oven to 250°.

2Put all ingredients, raw, into a large Dutch oven or casserole with tight fitting lid.

3Bake, covered, 4 1/2 to 5 hours.

4You can add a cup of frozen peas 5 minutes before serving.
