  • 2 (9 oz. each) cans bean dip
  • 3 avocados; peeled and seeded
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 envelope taco seasoning mix
  • 2 c. sour cream
  • 1 c. shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 2 tomatoes; chopped
  • 1/2 c. green onion; chopped
  • 1 can sliced black olives; drained
  • tortilla chips

    Spread bean dip in a 9x13 inch dish.

    Mash avocados with lemon juice in bowl.

    Stir taco seasoning into sour cream in a small bowl.

    Layer avocado mixture and sour cream mixture over bean dip.
