- 4 fillets Flounder
- 1 dash *Salt and pepper
- 1 tsp *Curry powder
- 1 tsp *Paprika
- 1 Plain flour
- 1 dash Dill
- 1 Butter
- 1 few drops Olive oil
Directions

1Sprinkle the * seasonings on the flounder.

2Mix together a suitable amount of flour and the dill in a dish (I use the disposable tray that the fish came in).

3This is the dill I used.

4If you can't get any, dried parsley works as a replacement, or it's fine to omit it entirely.

5Heat oil in the frying pan on medium heat.

6Once it's well-heated, coat the flounder in Step 2, pat off any excess, and add to the frying pan.

7Cook for 2-3 minutes until browned.

8Add a little butter and turn the flounder over.

9Once it's cooked through, it's done.
