Ingredients
- 2 pounds Flounder
- 1 16 ounce bag of Egg Noodles
- 1 Spanish or Yellow Onion
- 1 pound fresh Mushrooms Parsley
- 1 pintSour Cream
- Salt and Pepper, to taste
- 2 Tablespoons Paprika
- Parsley, for garnish
Directions

1Boil the egg noodles and place them on serving platter, covered, keeping them warm until fish is ready.

2Saute onions, mushrooms and paprika, being careful not to burn the paprika. When onions are translucent, remove half the mixture and set aside.

3Turn heat down and lay flounder fillets on top of onion mixture

4Cover and cook slowly until the flounder is cooked.

5Place flounder fillets over the noodles, keeping warm

6Return remaining onion mixture to skill. Add sour cream, salt and pepper.

7Simmer until the sauce is thoroughly blended, add more paprika, if necessary.

8Pour sauce over the fish and noodles.

9Garnish with chopped parsley
