- 1 c. cottage cheese
- 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese (room temperature)
- 1 c. shredded Provolone cheese (room temperature)
- 1 tsp. prepared mustard
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- paprika
- green pepper
Directions

1Place all ingredients except paprika and green pepper in food processor or large bowl of electric mixer.

2Process until well combined.

3Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate several hours for ease in shaping and to allow flavors to blend.

4Shape into a pumpkin and sprinkle with paprika.

5Use a piece of green pepper for the stem.

6Let stand at room temperature for 20 minutes before serving with assorted crackers.
