- 3 lbs stew meat
- 1 package onion soup mix
- 1 can beer
- 14 cup vinegar
Directions

1Roll the stew meat in flour and then brown in oil.

2Seasoned flour may be used.

3Put meat in pot with soup mix.

4Add half the recommended amount of water (on the soup mix box).

5Add beer.

6Cook for 2 hours 45 minutes hours at 300 degrees F.

7Stir in the vinegar and cook uncovered for 15 minutes longer.
