- 1 lb. butter
- 2 c. sugar
- 6 eggs
- 4 c. plain flour
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 lb. candied cherries
- 1/2 lb. candied pineapple
- 1 lb. pecans
- 1 Tbsp. butternut flavoring
Directions

1Cream butter and sugar.

2Add beaten eggs.

3Sift flour, salt and baking powder.

4Add 3 cups of flour mixture.

5Pour last cup of flour over fruits and pecans.

6Add this to other ingredients.

7Add flavoring, mix well.

8Grease and flour a tube pan.

9Pour cake in pan.

10Bake in 300° oven for 3 hours.
