- 1 lb. flour (3 3/4 c.)
- 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1 Tbsp. quick rise yeast (2 1/4 oz. pkg.)
- 1 tsp. salt
- 8 oz. lukewarm water
- 1/2 tsp. sugar
Directions

1Combine flour, yeast, salt and sugar; stir.

2Add vegetable oil and water.

3Mix all ingredients.

4Knead for 3 minutes.

5Put in a bowl, cover and let rise until double in volume.

6Punch down. Divide into 2 equal pieces, shape into balls or leave in one piece for 16-inch pizza.

7Let dough rest 4 minutes.

8Roll out to 12 to 16-inch circles.
