- 10 Large Eggs
- 9 Green Onion Sprigs
- 10 Large Tortillas
- 2 cup Shredded Cheese

1In a large frying pan, cook pork sausage until browned

2Add chopped mushrooms and cook until slightly browned

3Add ten eggs and continue stirring to prevent sticking and burning to the pan, then add chopped green onions, mix and remove from heat.
