- 1 large head cabbage
- 1/2 green pepper
- 6 small carrots
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- 1/2 c. water
- 1/4 c. cooking oil
- 1 tsp. celery seed
Directions

1Shred the vegetables.

2Sprinkle with salt.

3Let stand 1 hour. Drain mix if water accumulates.

4Combine remaining ingredients in a saucepan.

5Bring to a boil 3 minutes.

6Pour over cabbage mixture. Stir well.

7Freeze in plastic bags or chill overnight to serve. Freezes up to 3 months.
